The SmarterTrack.com Portal
provides a centralized location for helpdesk customers to access our self-service
knowledge base, submit support tickets and manage all aspects of their account(s).
Use the Account Management
section to manage items such as your account settings, billing information, email
preferences and licenses/subscriptions.
Every SmarterTrack subscription includes unlimited email technical support, so don’t
submit a support ticket if you’re having difficulty with your online helpdesk
